Every piece I create is handmade and made to order specifically for you. Because of the bespoke nature of my work, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Custom-Made, Made to Order

Each item in my collection is handcrafted by hand exclusively for you. This is not mass production. This is artisanal work created with intention and care. Once you place an order, the creation process begins immediately.

No Cancellations After Order Placement

Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Your piece is custom-made for you and production begins immediately. We do not hold, pause, or cancel orders under any circumstances.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will review each case individually and determine the best course of action to ensure your satisfaction with our work.

This is our commitment to quality: if something is genuinely defective or damaged upon arrival, we will make it right.
